As enthusiastic food lovers, we’re firm believers that brilliant food starts with the best quality ingredients. All of our sandwiches, down to the careful preparation of our own salt beef and homemade hummous, are crafted daily, and sourdough pizza is handmade from scratch.
We source from the best local suppliers. Fresh produce is from Wellocks, cheese from Proctor’s in Chipping, bread is made fresh daily by Greenhalgh’s and meat is butchered by Frosts in Manchester. Cream teas and many other sweet treats are made in our own kitchen, and we’ve even scrupulously selected our coffee roaster and brewery suppliers to make sure quality runs through everything we serve.
From Tuesday-Sunday, we serve delicious lunches and afternoon teas, all made from scratch in our kitchen and enjoyed by guests inside, outside if the Wigan weather’s kind enough, or to take away.

New for 2020, our fully-licensed bar is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, serving drinks, hand-stretched sourdough pizzas, antipasti and nibbles in a relaxed setting that welcomes guests to settle down, chat, eat and drink. On Sundays, enjoy antipasti, sharing plates & drinks until 10pm!
Our takeaway lunch menu is available Tuesday-Sunday. Order online to enjoy a sandwich or salad at home – make sure to check our daily specials!
